Behold, I Am Doing A New Thing

Isaiah 43:19 "Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert."

I am doing a new thing. But, my people do not see it. They look to the left and to the right, but not to me. I see their pain, their suffering, and their destruction. They don't ask me for help, they keep going and "deal" with it their own worldly way. Only, to bring sadness, anxiety and unrest. 

Jeremiah 2:13 "My people have committed two evils: They have forsaken me, the fountain of living waters, and have dug their own cisterns, broken cisterns that cannot hold water."

Romans 1:21-22 " For although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened. Although they claim to be wise, they became fools."

Many are living in their past, not their present. They forget that when they accepted Jesus as their Savior, their past, present and future sins are forgiven. Look to me, I am doing a new thing! I will turn your sufferings to joy, I will bring peace to your life.

Colossians 2:13-14 "And you who were dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, God made alive together with him, having forgiven us all our trespasses, by canceling the record of debt that stood against us with its legal demands. This he set aside, nailing it to the cross."

Why would you seek any other than me? I have all the answers, I have all your healing. Jesus already paid for it all upon the cross. I am truth, I am love, I am God. There is no one like me. My hand is upon you, my children. Take my hand and follow me. I will walk you down the narrow path, the path that leads to life. 

Isaiah 46:9 "Remember the former things, those of long ago; I am God, and there is none like me."

Psalm 16:11 "You make known to me the path of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand."

What is this new thing you ask? Everything I do is unlike what man can do. Out of my hand comes power, that man is not capable of. There will be some who come claiming to have the same power as mine, do not be deceived. Remember, there is no one like me. You will see my power come in ways you wouldn't expect, miracles that no man can achieve.

Zechariah 4:6 "Not by might, nor by power, but my Spirit says the Lord Almighty."

John 3:2 "He came to Jesus at night and said, "Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher who has come from God. For no one could perform the signs that you are doing if God were not with him."

Follow me, my children and you will see the new thing I am doing. Darkness will flee, because I am the light. Your worries will lessen, because of my peace. Your love for others will grow, because I am love. But, stand firm and stay in my word and follow it. Do not let the world come in and take hold of your thoughts, distract you from the truth, because I am truth. 

1 John 1:5 "...God is light; in him there is no darkness"

Philippians 4:7 "And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

1 John 4:8 "...God is love."

John 17:17 "Sanctify them by the truth; your word is truth."

Hear My Voice, When You Know My Word

**This post is written a little different than my other posts. I always pray first to see what God wants me to write about. The words come to me and I write them, always backed up by scripture. I give all glory to God for every post. The words to this post came to me (Through the Holy Spirit) as God speaking it. I have prayed a lot about this post, to make sure all the words are from God, not me. I read and reread it many times. I went through each paragraph and looked up scripture to make sure it lines up with God's word.**

John 10:27 "My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me."

Psalm 119:105 "Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path."

My sheep are my people who know me, who love me. They seek me at all times, not just when it suits them. I inhabit the prayers of my people. I speak to my sheep, they listen and follow. If they stay in my word, they will know when I speak. I never change. My words are forever, my love endures forever, I never change. 

People change, sometimes for better sometimes for worse. But, when they choose me the change in them will be true, evident definitely for the better. Live by my words, not of men. Fear me, not men. This life is temporary, I am eternal. I am the beginning and the end. No one is like me.

I am grieved by the lack of reverence for me in the world. I need my people to stand up proclaim the truth. For I am with them, and will guide them, I will place my words in their mouths it will open the eyes of those who are seeking. Bring healing to those who are hurting, sick and lost.

For I am God, nothing is impossible for me. I'm still a God of miracles, of love and of justice. Come to me with your requests, your worries, your fears. I will bring you my peace and pour out my love upon you. 

Stay in my word, my words are truth. The truth will set you free from worldly bondage, from your sin. For I am truth. You will know my voice, by knowing the truth you hear and my peace that is beyond understanding will fill your heart, mind and soul.

I love you my children. When you seek me, you will find me. When you find me, you will know me. You will know me by my love, my peace, my joy. For I am everlasting. I will never fail you. I will never leave you, I never change.

Malachi 3:6 "For I the Lord, do not change."

Jeremiah 1:9-10 "And the Lord said to me, "Behold, I have put my words in your mouth. See, I have set you this day over nations and over kingdoms, to pluck up and to break down, to destroy and to overthrow, to build and to plant."

Luke 18:27 "What is impossible with man is possible with God."

John 17:17 "Sanctify them by your truth; your word is truth."

Proverbs 8:17 "I love them that love me; and those that seek me early will find me."

Deuteronomy 31:8 "The Lord is the one who goes before you. He will be with you. He will not fail you or forsake you. Do not be dismayed."
